Performance management is a closed loop, continuous improvement activities, it’s also one of the important activities in Human Resource Management, and the importance of Performance Management is more and more valued by various organizations. In order to promote individual performance and organizational goals, the organization expect to establish a perfect Performance Management System by use internal or external resources, and maintain the best operation status of Performance Management System by carry forward the Performance Management System.This paper tries to proposes measures for improvement of corporate performance management by analysis the changes in Performance Evaluation method in the recent years of A mining company, and the concept changes in performance evaluation of Company-level leadership and front-line staff, and changes in different impact affect by Performance Evaluation method that the corporate taken at different stages, and then combined with the corporate performance management status and strategic planning。Measures for improvement of corporate performance management:1.let more employees participate in performance plan, so that employees at all levels have an in-depth and clear understanding of performance appraisal, and agree with the Performance evaluation methods;2. extract evaluation indicators from the functions of unit, departments and the company’s annual business plan, fully discuss and reach a agreement with appraisal standards of indicators, and then;3. lay down different way of performance appraisal guidance by profession and positions, properly controls the implementation process;4. gradually establish the cultural system which is in conformity with the company’s image, let he employees widely recognized the company’s performance management concept by wive wide publicity through variety forms;5.Determine requirements and what indicators that units、departments know should provide, and ask to bear the responsibility for the authenticity of the data;6. Keep abreast of the problems in the implementation process, and make adjustments in time;7. Timely feedback on performance appraisal。...
