Providing talent support for agricultural enterprises is a priority at present, And the enterprise must take its own human resources development in the first place. So study on the Competency and Training demands of Agricultural enterprise employees is very necessary. But unfortunately, the research about competence and training needs of agricultural enterprise staff is very little. This paper takes M enterprise as an example, based on the concepts of competent quality and training needs, using method of literature, questionnaire and interview method. After data analysis, the study draw of agriculture enterprise staffs seven post competence, They are communication and coordination, organizational identification, innovation, sense of responsibility, professionalism, integrity, attention to detail, then constructed competence model framework of M enterprise. The agriculture enterprise staff commonly agrees to enterprise training and most of them have large training needs. Agricultural enterprise staff hopes training lecturer have actual combat experience and rich in enterprise case, they tend to accept the teaching methods of case analysis and seminar forms. According the survey result, the content of the enterprise training should be diversity, and given priority to management skills. The further research of this aspect should pay attention to the differences of position, make the data analysis of competent quality and training needs more detailed.
