The Research On Jiujiang Undertaking Industrial Transfer From The Eastern Coastal Areas

Since reforming and opening, economy in Chinese eastern coastal areas develops rapidly and widens the difference with central and western regions. According to the specific requirements of the State Council, central regions should take measures to promote the economic. Through industrial transfer, the industries with no competitiveness in eastern coastal areas are transferred to the central regions, which can promote the economic development in central regions, and effectively promote the optimization of industrial structure of eastern coastal areas.As the north gate of Jiangxi, sine reforming and opening, Jiujiang developed quickly in social and economic aspects. Jiujiang has won the "national urban landscape"、"the most international influence tourist city" and many other titles. In2011. Jiujiang’s GDP is125.641billion yuan, the third of Jiangxi, and the per capita GDP is2.65ten thousand yuan, the sixth of Jiangxi. Therefore, Jiujiang should seize the opportunity to undertake the eastern coastal areas industrial transfer, reform the regional development mode during the"12·5",and lay a good economic foundation for the future.According to the research objective, the paper discussed how should Jiujiang (north gate of Jiangxi) master the opportunity of industrial transfer in eastern coastal regions to improve the regional development mode. In the investment attraction work, certain theoretical evidence is provided for the selection of industrial transfer. Based on domestic and foreign classical theories related to the industrial transfer and review of current research situation, by combining situation and influence of the industrial transfer from eastern coastal regions to Jiujiang. SWOT analysis on the industrial transfer from eastern coastal regions to Jiujiang was made to propose the advantages and disadvantages of Jiujiang. Meanwhile, the economic contact intension model and industrial gradient coefficient model were established. It was concluded that Shanghai,Nanjing, and Hangzhou were three places connected closest with Jiujiang in economy. Changjiang River Delta Area could be taken as the focus area. Industries including clothing, shoe and hat manufacturing; oil processing, coking and nuclear fuel processing; textile industry; water production and supply; cultural, education, and sports appliances manufacturing, and copy of record media can be taken as the focus industries. In the end. based on above analysis, relevant polity suggestions are proposed.
