With the irreversible globalization and borderlessness of the global economy, and the increasing fierce of global competition. The relationship between enterprises and suppliers, and between enterprises and distributors are no longer the simple buyer-seller relationship in the past, but the relationship of supply chain partnership which can achieve the formation of interests-coordination mechanism.In the modern circumstances of the enterprises’supply chain, it is more and more difficult for companies who want to gain a competitive advantage in the field of manufacture. They should turn to seek a more competitive advantage in other areas, and explore the core advantage which other companies do not have. Only in this way can a company survive and develop in today’s economic circumstances whose competition becomes fierce increasingly. Physical distribution has become an important part of modern supply chain management, and has become a new economic growth point of it. It is playing a more and more important role in enterprises’ supply chain management, as well as in the success of the operation of the entire enterprise.Since China’s accession to WTO, the development of automobile industry has grown rapidly, and the manufacturing companies who produce auto parts will also have a great development. However, with the overseas enterprise who have entered into the market in large-scaled. It will increase the intense of competition. Many undertaking of wide scope have begun to make a reform in supply system, and put the global sourcing and global production into practice. In the area of the purchases of components for their enterprise, the suppliers have changed from multiple vendors to a few suppliers, and have transformed to the global sourcing and modules procurement gradually. In this economic context, it is very important to make a good assessment of the logistics capacity for automobile accessory enterprises; continue to explore the key factors of logistic capacity; and gather head the logistics capacity and core competition power of a enterprise.In the first place, this article analyzed the basic elements and the selection of the evaluation methodology of enterprises’ logistics capability. Secondly, we made a specific design of the enterprise’s logistics capability evaluation index system, and construct the initial indexing set for its evaluation. Thirdly, we did the weight analysis of the index system, in order to form a complete set of evaluation index system of enterprise logistics capacity which has the feature of scientific, integrated and own a great operability. Finally, we did an extensive research on the assessment of the logistics capacity of automobile accessory enterprises.
