At present, the relationship between the economic development and ecological environmentis a key to human social harmony. This paper to liaoning coastal economic belt of economicdevelopment and ecological environment relationship as the research object, the applicationEviews6.0statistical software, constructing the measure of economic development andecological environment of the relationship between VAR model, which Johansen inspection,Granger causality analysis, impulse response analysis, based on this, puts forward somecountermeasures and Suggestions. This article mainly from the following several aspects ofanalysis:⑴Expounds the liaoning coastal economic belt of economic development and ecologicalenvironment in the theory and experience, this paper discusses the coastal economic belteconomic development and ecological environment of the interaction between theoretical basisand law, draw the conclusion government leaders lack integrity and coordination.⑵Discusses the liaoning coastal economic belt and economic development and the presentsituation of ecological environment. Through to the coastal economic belt of liaoning provinceeconomic and ecological environment of the current situation of the development of description,draw the conclusion development of environment appeared serious water pollution and solidwaste pollution, waste pollution, waste of resources, etc.⑶The construction measure of economic development and ecological environment of therelationship between VAR model.
