| Q institution of measurement and testing (QIMT), set up by Q-QTS (Q-Quality and Technical Supervision), is an authorized legal measurement institution, independent of production sales and use, aims to create a set verification and calibration, testing, scientific research, standard system revision in one. The business transceiver hall, with the function of instruments’send and receive, warehouse management and record pin accounts, is the unit window of this department.During the11th Five-Year Plan period, totally1.003million measuring instruments are verified and calibrated by Q institution of measurement and testing. The average annual growth rate is10.8%. According to the Q institution of measurement and testing’development strategy, annual testing instruments should be increased to323000pieces by the end of the twelfth five year plan, aims to become the domestic large well-known metrological verification institution. But in the present situation, how to give full play to the best of their ability, strive to achieve goals and keep it up for a long time, is the problem to be solved. This thesis, based on the reality of the current business, is mainly focus on the subject of the business transceiver hall’s logistic development in Q institution of measurement and testingThis thesis gives a brief instruction for the present situation of the measuring business hall, market situation, and internal transportation conditions, as well as customer relationship maintenance. On based of large materials, this thesis is mainly to analyze the universal existing problem in the daily working in the basic metrological verification unit, by using the principle of logistics to put forward the improvement method.As measurement agency business transceiver system of logistics in domestic has not been developed, this thesis can provide reference value for other metrological verification institutions in the business logistics development. |
