Research On Metering Business Process Improvement Of Lianyungang Metrology Center

This paper introduces the background of improving the current operation process of metrological verification and testing organizations. It targets the operation flow of Lianyungang Metrological Centre. Beginning from the current flow situation, the existing problems, the analysis of current problems and the improvement programs, it improves the current operation flow of Lianyungang Metrological Centre depending on the flow improvement theory and the customers’ real requirements. From the whole point of view, the aim of researching is to perfect all of the testing service instead of improving one process only. In this case, the improved operation flow will be more close to customers’ needs, more scientific and effective. As the core content of the paper, the improved operation flow could boost the working efficiency, decrease the operating costs, reduce customer complaints and increase the competitive advantages of metrological and testing markets.
