Under the current economic situation, the high-tech enterprises has become a mainstay of public enterprises. Working in the form of team is the vitality of enterprises to maintain a steady stream. New product development team not only a good fit for the rapidly changing external environment, but also can improve the efficiency of product output. People pay more attention on the team form, and within the team environment is also an important factor to influence product development performance. With the rapid changes in the market, the demand for high knowledge and expertise is increased. The flow of talent is also much concern by enterprise. Whether a stable NPD team can create better performance also need to be professional researched. For the influencing factors of team stability has no exactly relevant research literature.In this study, reference relevant experience at home and abroad, the domestic high-tech enterprises as the research object, through empirical methods to explore the components of NPD team climate, relations between the team atmosphere, team stability, as well as new product development performance. Research object is the new product development team of product-oriented enterprises in Hangzhou Hi-tech Development Zone. Adopted questionnaires and survey,291valid questionnaires were collected. Using SPSS19.0, factors and regression analysis, and analysis of variance to test the relationship between the team atmosphere, team stability, as well as new product development performance. Mainly the following conclusions:(1) new product development team atmosphere is constituted by the five dimensions, they are leadership style, vision goals, innovation support, communication and co-operation, involved in decision;(2) team atmosphere was positively correlated with team stability;(3) team atmosphere and new product development performance were significantly positively related;(4) the team stability is positively correlated by the new product development performance.Based on the above conclusions, this study suggests that in the product development cycle in order to maintain a stable team, to create a good performance from start to cultivate good team atmosphere, set a good leadership style, setting clear, stable objectives, support for innovation, feel at ease to participate in decision-making. And so create the good atmosphere of communication and co-operation to protect the team members. Conclusions of more, it will provide a reference for new product development team of high-tech enterprises.
