The Research On The Game Anaiysis And Mechanism Based On The Maximization Of The Capacity Of Wind Power Utilization

The development experience of wind power around the world shows that when technical conditions are relatively fixed, a reasonable policy mechanism can ensure the wind power a long term to run well, and benefit the health, coordination and sustainable development of the wind power industry. As the scale of development and construction of wind power in China continues to expand, enhance the capacity of wind power utilization is becoming increasingly prominent. This article takes the maximization of the capacity of wind power utilization as the goal, study the factors affecting the capacity of wind power utilization during the process of China’s wind power development, and propose a mechanism to promote the sound development of wind power, which has important research value and practical significance.Firstly, according to China’s "12th Five-Year Development Plan, the paper analyzes the overall situation of China’s wind power development and the structure and characteristics of the provinces’wind power development; Secondly, based on status quo of the lack of China’s capacity of wind power utilization, from a technical point of view, the economic point of view and policy point of view, the general reasons of the impact of the capacity of wind power utilization are classified and analyzed; Again, from the non-technical factors affecting the capacity of wind power utilization, such as Grid construction lag, power companies acquiring wind power lack of enthusiasm and cooperation bottlenecks in the construction of large-scale inter-regional power grid project, game analysis of the wind power utilization stakeholders is used, and constructs a three game model between the central government and local government, the Government and the grid company and the different Grid Corporation. Finally, based on the results of the game analysis and the experience in foreign wind power, rationalization mechanism is proposed to increase the capacity of the wind power utilization. It’s of positive significance to perfect the mechanism of wind power development, to promote the application of wind power, to achieve energy conservation, and to promote sustainable economic and social development.
