Research On The Trust Of Industrial Technology Innovation Alliance Based On The Game Analysis

With the development of the world economy, single economic entities face greater interest risk, betweeneach other gradually realized, in the tide of market economy, single-handed entity has been unable to resist theblow brought by the risk, more and more economic entity set up various forms of alliance. Industrial TechnologyInnovation Alliance is a new cooperation mode with innovation-oriented.Trust is a major factor for the successfulcooperation of members who come from Industry Technology Innovation Alliance，a good relationship of trustcan reduce transaction cost, improve cooperation with sharing of information, reduce the risk of cooperation,maintain a harmonious atmosphere of cooperation with the development of alliance, and ensure the alliance withefficient and stable development. The lack of trust will lead to union collective innovation capacity declining, thetransaction costs is rising, seriously restricting the sustainable development of the alliance. Therefore, researchingon the trust problem of industrial technology innovation alliance has great practical significance.In view of the above analysis, this paper firstly discusses the theories of Industrial Technology InnovationAlliance，including domestic and foreign scholars for Industrial Technology Innovation Alliance, trust mechanism,concepts of the game theory and so on，and makes a comparative analysis with the views of scholars. Secondly,based on detailed analysis of influence factor from alliance trust mechanism, and add the relevant economicindicators, according to the three indexes of indicators: economy, compatibility, support，and then evaluatedalliance member selection to ensure initial trust by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Then, based on thereasons for the trust crisis between the members of Industrial Technology Innovation Alliance, I use game theoryto detailed analysis. Then, According to the field survey, I deaply study of the trust between alliance members.Finally, according to the results of the study,I put forward to some corresponding strategies improving thealliance trust between the members：pay attention to the construction of alliance trust culture, construct a legalsystem, establish reasonable interests separation mechanism, supervise the coordinating role of the government.
