A Research About Logistics Finance Of Smalland Medi Um-Sized Enterprises

At present, the majority of small and medium-sized enterprises face severe financing problems. As a new financial innovation, logistics finance has obvious advantages in solving the financing problems of SMEs. So the parties involved in logistics finance and the government have been attaching more and more importance to logistics finance. However, in general, the cooperation between small and medium-sized banks and small and medium-sized logistics enterprises is expected to be deepened, since small and medium-sized banks should carry out differentiation strategy. Therefore, in order to make rationalization proposals for the cooperation between small and medium-sized banks and small and medium-sized logistics enterprises, we need to analyze and summarize the feasibility and necessity of carrying out logistics finance for small and medium-sized banks on the basis of theoretical analysis and field research.This paper follows the classic logical analysis mode:raise a question, analyze the problem and then solve the problem. To begin with, I would like to introduce the problem the paper wants to solve and the background and meaning of this research. In the second place, I will analyze the feasibility and necessity of the cooperation between small and medium-sized banks and small and medium-sized logistics enterprises by using the classical theory. And then I come to the conclusion that small and medium-sized banks need to carry out the logistics finance with small and medium-sized logistics enterprises. Next, the paper will describe the development status and the characteristics of financing of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises by the analysis of research date and materials. Besides, the paper will also analyze the existing problems in logistics finance as well as the deep-seated reasons behind. Finally, the paper will summarize the conclusions of the research, and make rationalization proposals for the cooperation between small and medium-sized banks and small and medium-sized logistics enterprises.
