With the acceleration of the process of globalization, the market economy in China has been further developed, which provides a broader market space to enterprise. To achieve the country’s economic and social development strategies and to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the market, it needs to develop and use human resources. Compensation as the most part in human resources management is also more and more important.This article is based on D company compensation management practices, which designs a complete set of compensation management system. With the large number of documents related theory, such as early stage of scientific management, the human relations theory, the introduction of the concept of broadband pay, it analyzes the differences. Based on the comprehensive analysis of D Company and staff compensation satisfaction survey, it finds several outstanding issues. In order to solve these problems, job analysis, job value assessment of the quality of the staff capacity evaluation, compensation survey, compensation program design and the implementation of the program are used to design a comprehensive pay system. The system relies on broadband compensation and widens the compensation gap, which values technical talent and management talents. In the new system, the compensation, job level and employee performance are linked in order to enhance the excitation. In order to implement smoothly, it also proposes the necessary safeguards.The significance of this article is to design a scientific and reasonable actual compensation system for the enterprise through the theory and analysis, which is a good example for other corporations.
