As the power enterprise that has the national economy lifeline,based on One Belt And One Road,it is necessary to play a more powerful role in the new historical starting point.In addition,the division of labor within power enterprises is gradually refined,which puts forward higher requirements for the basic management of human resources.Whether the allocation of human resources can meet the needs of the development of power enterprises,and whether the personnel ability is competent to the corresponding position requirements,etc.,these researches have practical significance for improving the human resource management of power enterprises.However,the contradiction between the structural defects in power enterprises and the oversupply and the unclear division of labor has brought great resistance to the management of human resources,so that the current human resource structure cannot adapt to the demands of the intelligent upgrading of the current power grid.In order to solve the above problems,this paper uses the relevant human resources structure optimization theory and advanced experience,adopts the method of literature method,questionnaire method,data statistics method,comparative analysis method and model analysis method,and starts with the organizational structure of human resources,analyzes the quality,efficiency and stability of the personnel structure of the power company,and seeks the existing problems.Based on the fuzzy entropy model in fuzzy mathematics,this paper analyzes and optimizes the human resource structure of the power company,and determines the membership degree of different ages,degrees and majors according to certain proportion.Then,the proportion of each substructure science is obtained,which is optimized after comparison with the existing staff structure,and the corresponding optimization countermeasures are formulated and supplemented:(1)through the establishment of theoptimization model of human resource structure,the optimal proportion of the organizational structure is obtained through optimizing the human resource structure.The quality of the human resource structure is ultimately improved through the training of employees and the quality of the talent team.(2)To establish a new concept of human resource management and the strategic position of human resource management department,create a good corporate culture,and enhance the efficiency of human resource structure.(3)We will establish a compound compensation mechanism,improve the scientific performance appraisal system,and increase the stability of human resource structure.Based on the above strategies,we design and implement human resource structure optimization,recruitment and configuration,employee training,salary and welfare.After the implementation of the scheme,the following effects are achieved: the efficiency of the company's human resource management is improved,and the staffing is more reasonable.Through the merger of the department,the professional structure adjustment,the employee's ability,especially the training of the compound talents,made the company's labor productivity growth rate increase significantly.
