More and more Stakeholders are involved with the complexity of modern projects. If the rolesand responsibilities of stakeholders can not be cleared and get the support, the project will not besuccessful. Therefore, the research and practice of modern project management theory becomeincreasingly concerned with stakeholders. Basing on the structure of Evaluation Factors Systemproposed by Professor Zhang Suodi(2005,"the management decision theory"),this paper intendedto evaluate the stakeholders’ acceptability by analyzing the interests of the real estate developmentprojects as the starting point. Main work is as follows:1. Exploring the evaluation theory of the stakeholder’ acceptability.Based on the analysis of the project stakeholder theory, this paper explores the evaluationtheory of the stakeholder’ acceptability, Including the definition, theoretical foundation anddirection of the evaluation, providing a new research angle for the project stakeholdersmanagement.2.Analyzing the evolution mechanisms of the relationship between stakeholdercooperation, designing acceptability evaluation index system.After determining the stakeholders of the real estate development project and its preliminaryanalysis, the paper summarized the key factors influencing the cooperation relations considering theevolution mechanisms of the relationship(the stakeholders acceptability evaluation indexsystem).This index system complements the traditional distribution of benefits which consideringinvestment and risk sharing only.3.Building the interest distribution model of the auto financial product developmentproject, providing the new ideas of stakeholder management.Applying the Nash bargaining game theory, it designs interest distribution model in view ofthe auto finance product development project. This model uses utility value instead of the actualinterests, constructs utility function, determines the index weight and the distribution factor,achieving the Nash equilibrium of the stakeholders.
