International trade is increasing because world economic developed so much. Port do the most of world trade cargo transition, each port have to get more cargo to increase their payoffs, even join in the competition of getting international container hub by attracting more international transshipment containers. Container cargo transfer ratio is an important indicator of international container hub, it is also a measure indicator for international container hub. In this case, which port can develop into a regional international hub port, other competition ports would inevitably become the feeding port. The competing ways between modern ports is not only to improve their hardware and software facilities, but also decreasing port charge and improving the efficiency of port services to enhance their competitiveness, and become the container hub port. Especially in East Asian, some large ports try to improve their competition to be the international container hub port. This paper studies the definition and characteristics of port competitiveness, the main influence factors, the main contents of port competition, analyses the condition of the main container port competition in the world, searches two competing ports which offer services in the form of non-cooperative in the same area, and use the information of non-cooperative game theory, constructs a non-corporate game theory model in port competition between two ports, and derive Nash equilibrium solution and some important conclusions according to the Nash equilibrium. In empirical analysis, firstly this paper introduce the construction of the port development, advantages, throughput, and port charge for Busan New port and yang shan port respectively, then compare the competition of Busan new port and yang shan port, and as view of yang shan port, suggest some strategies for yang shan port to improve its competition, and help yang shan become the international container hub port in East Asia.
