The human resource managements of enterprises determines whether it candevelopment smoothly even survival, there are exist disadvantages in the recruitment andfollowing process, most company can not realize the importance of human resourcemanagement. Lack of long-term goal on the management and the input costs is not enough,but this will cause problems emerge in endlessly.Part of them employed professional managers, but also face to many endemicproblems. This thesis analysis the existing problems from Xinjiyuan Company inZhengzhou city and tracking reform and the effects caused by the change after the arrivalof the implementation of the enterprises.The revolution focus on the service major, the salary, the culture, the charge ofmanager and so on. Collect the the voice of employee and their thought, to find the correctpoint of revolution. Hope to find a good way to solve the human resource management andother related problems of this company.
