The property of Agriculturalinsurance determines it’s development can’t depart from the government,also can’t just depend on commercial insurance company. Therefore Gansu province should be according to their actual situation, continue totake the government participation in agricultural insurance, can considerthe “insurance cooperatives+agricultural enterprises+commercialinsurance company+government” model of development of agriculturalinsurance, play the strength of the parties to the common development ofagricultural insurance.
