Research On Enterprise Annuity Plan Based On Incentive Theory

This paper reviews the incentive theory from the perspective ofthe economics and management science, reviews the enterprise annuitytheory and research status, based on this, constructs the theoreticalstructure and puts forward four basic hypotheses:(1) the institutionalenvironment have path effect on pension plan, employees’ perceptionand enterprise annuity’s incentive value;(2) corporate pension plan haspath effect on employee perception and the incentive value of enterpriseannuity;(3) employee perception has path effect on enterprise annuity’incentive value;(4) the incentive value of the enterprise annuity plan haspath effect on its constraint and incentive function. And set the latentvariables and observed variables in the theory, based on the structuredesign of the questionnaire, empirical analysis by constructing astructural equation model of enterprise annuity’ incentive value,verification of the enterprise annuity to operation of various elements ofpath structure theory hypothesis, also raises the basic theoretical basis ofenterprise annuity plan the design and operation of the incentive theorybased on. Finally, research design and operation analysis based onincentive theory focused on enterprise annuity plan.
