Increasingly serious problem of aging in China, China's basic old-age insurance funds has a serious shortage, it is difficult to cope with the increasingly serious crisis of silver. However, in this case, the enterprise needs to further explore and study how to combine the enterprise annuity plan and the enterprise human resources strategy, and can really play out the enterprise annuity improve enterprise salary management system, promote harmonious labor relations and realize the role of enterprise management, this is an important, complex and long-term problem.This paper from the basic theory, and then described the concept, the enterprise annuity the basic characteristics and development process, and further discusses the relationship between enterprise annuity and human resource management. Then according to the theory of human resource management, combined with the author's own work experience, mainly adopts the qualitative analysis method, combined with quantitative analysis, by citing, for example, inductive method to analyze a company the operation of enterprise annuity management practice, analysis of the application of enterprise annuity in human resource management. Then according to the actual situation of A company, analyzes the existing problems, and puts forward some suggestions for the improvement of these problems, so as to help A enterprises to further develop.
