In recent years, along with the competition, training more and more attention by enterprises, many enterprises take an important part of the training work as human capital investment, increase the training investment, pay attention to the management of the training work. However, we also see such a phenomenon:some enterprises pay attention to training, but the actual effect is unsatisfactory. Analysis of the causes of discovery, most enterprises only pay attention to the training of its own development while ignoring the development of staff, exists and so on question:no investigation or a full investigation of staff needs, no respect for employees will, not pay attention to employee occupation development, staff training and promotion are not closely related. Therefore, the development of enterprise and staff training can not achieve the expected effects have not paid close attention to, pay attention to the mutual development of enterprise and employee training is the most significant of the most valuable training.S companies with business development, will gradually turn to the international market, the enterprise to talented person’s demand more urgent, need an operation skills, business skills, style of thinking hard, strong sense of innovation, comprehensive high quality staff. Especially since the beginning of2011, due to the international environmental impact caused by the industry, rising raw materials, product prices, orders, S company faces the most difficult situation since the factory, the staff turnover rate increased, discontent. This is accompanied by a series of circumstances, this paper aims to explore the establishment of a complete set of training system from enterprises and employees of common development point of view, to realize the sustainable development of enterprises and employees through training.This paper first analyzes the related content of training, enterprise and employee development, discusses the relationship between enterprise development and staff development, studies the domestic and foreign research theories of enterprise training, and as the guiding theory. Then with S company as research object, introduces and analyzes the company’s human resources and competence, training status, through access to information, and staff interviews, observation of staff before training, training, training after the reflection, and questionnaire survey, data analysis and other methods, the problems found in, these problems are needed to formulate and implement in the training program should pay attention to overcome and need to improve. Then in the following training program design principles, combined with the development of the company and staff development and the requirements of the enterprise, carries on the questionnaire survey from two employees and the enterprise level, a comprehensive analysis of training needs. And then put forward the training scheme can promote the common development of enterprises and employees, the training mode of teachers, the training content design, selection and training effect evaluation carried out a perfect. The overall design of training programmes to operational, in hoping to establish reference function is similar to the S corporate training programs.
