| With the development of information and communication technology, the process of economic globalization accelerates while the global industrial transfer trend increases quickly. The IT outsourcing managed service develops quickly as a new mode of investment. The enterprises in developed countries choose to make the non-core business outsourcing in order to reduce the cost and improve the core competitiveness, while developing countries try to undertake IT outsourcing managed services to promote the economic development With the advantages of support policies from our government, low labor cost and good infrastructure, China is attracting more and more attention in the field of IT outsourcing managed service. It will bring positive impacts upon the employment of China at the base of China’s economic development and employment situation. The thesis aims to make an exploration of the impacts of the IT outsourcing managed service upon employment of China based on the undertaking-country perspective, and does the empirical analysis which is the main innovation of this thesis.Firstly, this thesis describes the background of the IT outsourcing managed service, summarizes the domestic and foreign literature achievements of outsourcing impacts upon employment, defines IT outsourcing managed service and combs the theories. Secondly, the thesis makes the research of influences of IT outsourcing managed service upon China’s employment with theoretical and data analysis. Next, I do the empirical analysis of undertaking IT outsourcing managed service impact on employment with the time series date of1997-2011years of computer, information technology and software industry. Theoretical and empirical analysis shows:undertaking IT outsourcing managed service can promote the employment of China, make wages rise, optimize the employment structure in China. Finally, through the experience of India’s IT outsourcing managed service, I proposed some measures to promote the development of our IT outsourcing managed service. |
