IT enterprise belongs to knowledge intensive industry, which depends heavily on knowledge capital. So the knowledge capital, to be sure, is the core of the knowledge economy times. Compared with traditional enterprise, IT enterprise has its own features, such as:flat organization structure, multi-functional teams, high-knowledge intensity, shot product cycle and quick creation. IT enterprise staff always has high academic qualifications; therefore, it is not suitable to use traditional way to manage, so we need to develop a new way to solve this problem to help them to play their real own roles in IT enterprise. Build up an enterprise information exchange platform, which is used to internal knowledge communication, a key to IT enterprise for lowering the staff turnover rate, enhancing the competitiveness of IT enterprise, and taking the leading position in IT industry. Nowadays, IT enterprise has already gained lots of advanced management experience, but a great many obstacles still remain on the way to perfect internal knowledge sharing, which indeed arise the interest of knowledge management scholar. This paper focuses on the influencing factors about knowledge sharing, combines all the factors together to propose a countermeasure for building a stage of IT enterprise knowledge sharing, and on the meantime, helps IT enterprise leaders to better develop the ability of internal knowledge sharing.This paper analyzes the influencing factors about IT enterprise internal knowledge sharing with the empirical method. Then collects related document literatures and case studying records. At last, propose a concrete countermeasure to improve China’s IT enterprise knowledge sharing system, and hoping that could do any help for IT enterprise.The whole article includes six parts, special as follows:In the first part, the author briefly introduces the background and the significance of the selected topic.In the second part, the author selects related native and foreign research results on the selected questions.In the third part, the author raises selected questions on IT industry, and does a research on internal knowledge sharing in a typical IT enterprise------CS Company as a sample. Almost all the data are collected though questionnaire survey. Then the author analyzes the final data, which will be an objective foundation for the fifth chapter.In the fourth part, the author picks out all the IT enterprise knowledge sharing obstructive factors. The sample company providers the evidence of the six factors mode.In the fifth part, discusses how to promote the ability of IT enterprise internal knowledge sharing. The author tries to build up an internal IT enterprise knowledge sharing of six factors mode, which is on the basis of document literature collecting and sample company investigating.In the sixth part, comes to the conclusion and perspective. The author also gives some pieces of advices.
