Human resource management is the key factor to determine the survival and development of enterprises, while the performance management is the core content of this key factor. The performance management system is a set of integrated processes and systems, mainly focus on building, collecting, processing and monitoring performance data. Through the measurement of a series of scientific and reasonable comprehensive balance, It can effectively enhance the enterprise’s decision-making ability, and help enterprises to achieve strategic goals and business plan.Anhui Xima company belongs to the domestic famous enterprises--Beijing Xima bowling group, is an extreme panel manufacturers of whole country and the largest bowling alley board professional manufacturer of whole Asia. From recently year, the company’s business has developed rapidly, how to maintain the advantages to expand the domestic market, how to use the opportunity to seize the overseas market,in order to meet market competition, and meet the company’s development requirements, to achieve the company’s pursuit of value, these are the real problem of the company managers need to solve urgently. To this end, the company in addition to need to constantly breakthroughs in science and technology innovation, it also need to scientific innovation for management system especially the performance management, the core and key problem which first need to resolve is to establish a standard, efficient and practical performance management system, thought to create favorable conditions for the sustained and healthy development of the company.The content of this system mainly consists of three parts, the main contents and viewpoints of each part are as following:Firstly, based on the basis of the relevant concepts defined and summarized in the relevant performance management theories at home and abroad, it shows that in performance management mainly exist four methods of performance appraisals, the balanced scorecard, target management theory, a full range of performance evaluation method and key performance indicators.Secondly, this article according to the characteristics of the performance management of the company, through the use of expert discussion method, interview and on-the-spot investigation method, analysis the diagnosis to the present situation of performance management of the company, points out that there are five problems:the performance management system of the company in the performance management system is not perfect, the performance management do not fully understand and establish an effective performance management communication mechanism, it has not formed a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system and obtained the employee identity to the performance management system.Finally, this article combines theory and practice and problems, a new design for the performance management system of the company. Mainly is:the new design idea of improvement of performance management system, determining the technical route of the performance management system, redesigning the job structure and job description writing, clear objective and subjective scores proportion and subjective evaluation of body weight, the new design of index system of staff appraisal departments, improve departmental staff appraisal rating procedures, and for the implementation of the performance management process and performance management system to make the corresponding design. Through these efforts, initially formed a set of norms, efficient and operational performance management system and strong companies, in order to not only can effectively solve the existing performance management of the company in question, but also can provide useful reference to solve the similar problems for other enterprises.The main innovation of this article lies in:One is in the realistic foundation of the enterprise performance management is relatively backward, to build a relatively perfect performance appraisal index system of enterprise, which is proved to be applicable in practice; Two is in the construction of performance evaluation index system of the company, introduced key index method by improved to accurate classification of index weight, provides a quantitative method to determine the index weight of science; The three is to design a system, normative and operational performance management for the company.
