Firstly, we introduce the background of Xingtai city and the situationof economy development. On basic of it, we explicate that Xingtai city belongs todeveloping regions in our country to show that taking Yangfan industry clusters in Xingtaicity as study example is acceptable. According to the theories in the second section, weanalyze material we had, and conclude the characteristics and the deficiency of Yangfanindustry clusters in Xingtai city, then give suggestions how to develop local economy withthe help of Yangfan industry clusters.
