Research On Ability And Quality Characteristics Of Science And Technology Entrepreneurs Based On Research Method Of Phenomenology

With the deepening of the knowledge-based economy and industrialization-basedscience and technology, a large number of high-tech-based science and technologyenterprises raised. It is an important channel of transferring scientific research thattechnology professionals start an undertaking. With the ability and quality characteristicsthat science and technology entrepreneurs need to have, this paper uses the phenomeno-logical method to research, makes deeper research of entrepreneurial ability and qualitycharacteristics from the essence, provides theoretical basis and reference materials formore science and technology workers which plan to start business or being entrepreneurial,paves the way for future generations of empirical research and analysis. This research isadvanced and exploratory. This study has very important significance in theory andpractical application.Recommended by the Provincial Party Committee Organization Department, LaiwuMunicipal Science and Technology Bureau, and Tai’an Municipal Science and TechnologyBureau, this paper makes depth interviews with ten science and technology entrepreneurialexperience and work experience. On the basis of domestic and foreign literature, withanalysis of ability and quality characteristics of science and technology entrepreneurs, thispaper uses phenomenological method to study ability and quality characteristics of scienceand technology entrepreneurs, makes in-depth interviews to science and technologyentrepreneurs of various scientific field. Finally, this paper proposes the ability and qualityfeature model of science and technology entrepreneurs based on the phenomenologicalmethod.The innovation of this paper consists of three main areas:(1) This paper researchability and quality of science and technology entrepreneurs from the view of qualitative,studies the ability and quality feature model of science and technology entrepreneurs.(2)This paper introduces a new research method which is phenomenological research methods,explores and researches ability and quality characteristics of science and technologyentrepreneurs, riches the apply of phenomenology in scientific research.(3)Lifeexperiences of entrepreneurs impact the ability and quality of the entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs the ability and quality characteristics of two new dimension, the stock ofknowledge and talent management.
