Since the1980s, the Chinese business community gradually entered the stage of cultural management after it experienced some early stage of culture management such as transplantation of enterprise culture management-theory, construction of corporate culture management and so on. Corporate culture management is a basic management with emphasis on leading and standardizing corporate business strategy as well as management behavior. And it is a upgrade version of the enterprise culture construction.And the enterprise culture management in China has made certain achievements in some leading companies’ practice. But it also faces an embarrassing situation which is unable to fall to the ground and unable to promote enterprise system optimization and improve performance as the corporate culture management idea is disconnected with the management practice.Culture-based management, especially the management of corporate culture must take an strategy to interconnect with the corporate employees in ways of thinking, Behavior patterns and cultural personality.Then it can be implemented effectively and make the enterprise culture gradually from text to management practice. Among this, the Mean Wisdom which has an important and central position in Chinese culture is a think tank to be excavated urgently. The Mean Thought the essence of Confucian culture has gone deep into people’s blood. Applying the Mean Wisdom included thoughts such as "adaptable to changing circumstances","attaining a state of harmony","sincere as one’s natural instincts, to Chinese corporate culture management practices will help enterprises to establish an appropriate business strategy in the complicated market environment. It is also benefit to establish harmonious interpersonal relationships and create a harmonious team as well as helping business leaders to enhance their quality and leadership in order to let the culture management play an effective performance.When fully dig the Mean Wisdom of the enterprise culture management, we should also stand on the point of building a modern corporate culture management and have a clearly understanding about, the limitations and shortcomings of the wisdom, such as repress personality, inhibit innovation. Therefore, in the enterprise culture management, the introduction of the Mean Wisdom should be more played to the advantages of its methodology and ethics in management and essence of scientific management theory should be fully absorbed and culture management style with time spirit should be constructed.This article consists of three chapters:The first chapter, Mean Thought is the important, intelligence sources for Chinese corporate to enhance culture management. It mainly includes two parts:First, the analysis of Chinese corporate culture management status pointed out that the Chinese corporate culture management currently facing a major cultural "landing" difficult and predicament between cultural concept and practice of disjointed. Second, it is to expound its values to enhance corporate culture management. Its values lie in the consistency between the doctri ne of wi sdom and the management of corporate culture management, same management objectives and applicability of management philosophy. Thus in the corporate culture management, moderation wisdom should be fully introduced.Chapter Ⅱ, it is ascending path of corporate culture management with Mean Wisdom. There are many connotations of the doctrine of the mean thought such as ontology, methodology and ethics. Stressing from the Angle of methodology, this article emphatically elucidates the middle wisdom’s value and significance for the enterprise business strategy, team building and training and leadership promotion in order to solve the combination problem between enterprise culture and enterprise management practice.Chapter Ⅲ, it is the rational application of The Mean in modern corporate culture management. As a kind of spirit of products of agrarian age, the doctrine of the mean thought is glamour across time and space. It also has an inadaptation problem with modern enterprise culture and enterprise management. It is neither always right nor a panacea. This article argues that, Modern business management should focus on methodology and ethics values of wisdom. And should fully draw on modern scientific management spirit and achieve mastery through a comprehensive study. And establish enterprise culture management paradigm with time sprit and native structure.
