Performance management is an important link in the human resources managementsystem, performance appraisal is a basic tool in the management of human resources.Supply enterprise in the face of reform, changing living environment and fiercecompetition, only the continuous improvement of enterprise performance, in order to adaptto the needs of reform and development. Meanwhile, under the new market structure,intensive, flattening, lean management become the trend of the development of enterprisemanagement in the the power enterprises. Scientific performance appraisal system plays avital role to promote employees’ personal growth. Oriented common performance goalsthrough continuous two-way communication between managers and employees, andimprove work efficiency, improve the quality of their work, to achieve the commondevelopment of enterprises and employees, to ensure the sustainable development ofenterprises.CS Electric Power Supply Company ’s performance appraisal system as an object ofstudy. Basic theory of performance appraisal and management by objectives, discussed thebasic principles and the role of goal-oriented performance appraisal system; analysis ofpower supply enterprise industry characteristics, production characteristics and employeecharacteristics; the target management mode, conduct department responsibilities analysis,business development goals and the corporate goal of a top-down decomposition to each ofthe departments and positions; determined from assessment indicators and assessmentmethods are analyzed in detail, and designed to key performance indicators and processmanagement mode of CS Electric Power Supply Company performance appraisal system.This article is to do some exploration in the performance management system of CSElectric Power Supply Company, establish a scientific, practical, efficient human resourceperformance appraisal system, establishing a modern enterprise system of competitivemechanisms.
