In recent years, the rural surplus labours started to transfer to cities on a large scale, which leads to huge numbers of migrate workers population group. This causes a range of problems regards to migrant workers. Based on citizenization of migrant workers, this paper analyses obstacles facing by migrate workers and proposes solutions for those obstacles. Chinese migrant workers, especially the new generations, have made significant contributions to urban construction and development. They intend to become a truly part of the city by their own efforts, after years of hard working in cities. However, migrant workers come across some obstacles in citizenization, which makes them cannot integrate into lives in cities; such as difficulties of the recognizing in Chinese social stratum, employment system and education system.In order to solve those problems in citizenization, this paper discusses effective solutions in depth to deal with all sorts of obstacles. First of all, a good social environment and atmosphere for migrant workers is necessary for their citizenization. Every social stratum, including migrant workers, is responsible to handle those obstacles. Second, revolutions in terms of land system, household registration system, employment system and education system are required to be deepened. Also, the authorities should accelerate the speed of migrate workers’integrate. Land system should be reformed to achieve efficient land circulation and standardized land requisition, In addition, the government need to help migrate workers withdraw from rural area and insure their legitimate rights. Regarding revolutions of household registration system, the benefits and privileges are required to be removed, combined with gradually ease restrictions on migration of cities. Those measures can accelerate migrant workers integrate as soon as possible. In terms of employment system, we should establish the employment and employment training system to make sure urban and rural citizens have equal access to. Moreover, it is necessary to set same salary standard of equal pays for different employees and improve working conditions for migrate workers. Last but not the least, revolutions in education system should allocate education funds based on student number, improve education environment and conditions for rural students, pay attentions to education condition of migrant workers’children, and raise education level of students. Those solutions will improve the quality of labour force.
