The Study Of Scientific And Technological Personnel Flows In Anhui Province For Regional Drawing Effect

With the development of regional economic integration, and the continuous economic transformation exploration in China, scientific and technological personnel has become important resources in the development of our country’s strategic. Due to the geographical location nearby, complementary resources and undertaking industrial transfer, Anhui Province has become an integral part of the Yangtze river delta area. In the process of regional economic integration, Anhui province not only benefit from the economic radiation in Yangtze river delta region,but also caused the loss of resources and unbalanced industrial structure developed by the center city drawing effect.. Among them, science and technology talents as the important and special resources,effected obviously by the drawing. Further spread to the industrial structure adjustment and economic development level of ascension in anhui province. Research on regional drawing effect for anhui science and technology talent flow, deploying and developing high-level talents has become the current urgent task. From this starting point, the autheor stand on the flow of high level talents of science and technology in anhui province to probe influencing factors of the talent flow.At last, the paper put forward some Suggestions for Anhui province scientific and technological personnel configuration and promoting the Yangtze river delta regional economic integration in the future.Based on the related research of scholars both at home and abroad, this paper innovative proposed the drawing effect theory for Spatial interaction theory and Distance decay regularity,accoring to the actual flow situation of the talents of science and technology in Anhui province.Through the analysis of the data,it verified the drawing effect theoretically.Then aimed at the influence factors of anhui science and technology talent flow,the paper designed two different questionnaires from the first and the second flow of talent employment to analyse the data and verifiy the research hypotheses.At last,it gived Anhui province reasonable suggestions for scientific and technological personnel flow in Yangtze river delta area combined with the empirical analysis conclusion.The article is divided into seven parts.The first part mainly describes the research background and meaning of the article, research ideas and methods of the processm, the domestic and foreign research situation of related issues and also pointed out some innovative points in this study.The second part expounded the article relevant theories and concepts.The third part mainly analyzes the drawing effect of the impact of anhui science and technology talent flow, and is in conformity with the configuration status of anhui science and technology talents.The next part is the theoretical research on the basis of hypothesized model from the first and the second mobility on employment. At last,discuss the influence factors for drawing effect of anhui science and technology talent flow.The six part put forward countermeasures and Suggestions of development of qualified personnel in science and technology aiming at the current situation in Anhui province.The Part seven summarizes the full text research conclusions, at the same time, points out the deficiency of current research and future development direction.
