With the development of economy and open mind, the Chinese traditional ideas have gradually changed. At the same time, Professional women have played an important role in the enterprise development. Under the dual role, study the knowledge female employees of the relationship between job stress, job performance and the influence of family role on its, will be great sense for the personal development and the enterprise management. This study will use past research for employees work stress and job performance, and then search the knowledge female employees. In addition, the author will investigate whether there is a regulating effect on family roles variable. This paper will adopt literature study, interview, questionnaire, data analysis and other methods, and mainly divided into five parts. The first part mainly elaborated the research background and significance, research purpose and research contents, research methods and technical route. The second part mainly for the literature review, summarizes relevant theoretical achievements of main variables, to lay a theoretical foundation for research. The third part mainly study design, puts forward the research hypothesis, research scale and questionnaire design. The fourth part mainly is the data processing and analysis. To study the relationship above the knowledge female employees work stress, job performance, the family role, and verify hypothesis. The last part for discussion and analysis of research conclusion, and puts forward some Suggestions from the perspective of individual and enterprise.
