Revamping/expansion Of Hohhot Petrochemical Company Project Management Research

At present, the mail parts of petrochemical industry belong to state-owned or state controlling large enterprises. In recent years, the country has been adjusting the whole processing structure and layout of petrochemical industry and has approved to build many large and super large petrochemical projects of three big oil companies. Because of the high investment of the petrochemical construction projects, it has significance meaning to analyze the characteristic of project construction and operationa, puts forward key problems and suggested directions for the smooth development of the current petrochemical industry project construction.Through analyzing Hohhot petrochemical company oil refining capacity improvement project and in view of the special situation of Inner Mongolia minority gathering region,this article points out the current situations and management characteristics in new project construction of the present state oil industry. Based on the analysis of management characteristics in petrochemical enterprise and project construction and installation, the thesis focuses on the management and its mode of project construction and installation, points out the improvement in method and characteristic of this project, finally puts forward relevant suggestions as to Hohhot petrochemical company5million ton/year oil refining capacity improvement project management.
