Research On S Petrochemical Corporation Safety Management

Petroleum and petrochemical industry is one of the high-risk industries in China.Because of its own danger,the renovation projects of oil depots and gas stations in sales enterprises often cause unexpected accidents,safety accidents and safety attempted accidents in the actual implementation of the renovation.This paper chooses the representative reform project safety management of SINOPEC to carry out research.Firstly,it analyses the current situation and existing problems of the safety management of the reform project,and examines the causes of the problems from the two aspects of system management and the whole process of project safety management.Then,according to the overall idea of optimization and improvement,it constructs the safety management through the chromatography analysis method.The model constructs the content of safety management system of S Petrochemical Company's renovation project from safety management,supervision and inspection,emergency management and safety input.Finally,combined with the example of XX gas station renovation project,the application of fuzzy evaluation method is used to evaluate and analyze the actual situation of S Petrochemical Company's project management system,and the project is studied in three different stages from project preparation,implementation to completion.The practical application and operation of the safety management system are introduced,and the safeguard measures are put forward at the same time.By building a more systematic and reasonable safety management system,this paper provides a strong basis for safety assurance for S Petrochemical Company.At the same time,it clarifies the responsibility subjects of internal and external participants and their correlation.It combines internal and external management together to effectively link up and avoid the occurrence of safety accidents in oil depot and gas station reconstruction projects of petrochemical enterprises.Provide guidance for the safe and smooth implementation of the project.While ensuring personal safety and property safety of renovation projects,quality safety,fund management safety and environmental safety should be taken into account.It is hoped that this paper can be widely used in the safety management of actual oil depot and gas station reconstruction projects,and can provide reference for the safety management of the same type of petroleum and petrochemical sales enterprises.
