Ecological construction appearhere now when the environment is seriously polluted and ecological disruption occurfrequently, and it caused the social extensive concern more and more, then the academiainvolves into it slowly. The industrial pollution, domestic rubbish, energy shortageproduced by the fast development of human society, and the green land degradation, theliving beings become extinction and other problems caused by the behavior ofexcessively catching and killing etc. cause l indiscriminating felling of trees and animalexhaustion, then the question is outstanding day by day, so the function of ecologicalconstruction is more and more important. Ecological construction mainly maintains bythe investment of state finance. So, whether the investment in finance is suitable or notfor influencing the effect of ecological construction directly. To get good developmentof ecological construction, we must analyze the performance of the financial investment,summarize the fail lesson and successful experience, constant update, to seek morehigh-efficient financial investment mode.China’s western region is the country’s natural ecological barrier, its ecologicalsafety relationships with the national ecological safety: If the ecological environment ofChina’s western region is unstable, the ecology of the country will not be stability; Oncethe ecological environment of China’s western region is destroyed, the development ofthe other regions will lose a solid foundation.At first this paper outlines the importance of the eco-environment construction ofChina’s western region, and expounds the research status at home and abroad; Then itexpounds the status of the ecosystem of China’s western region, and summarizes theresults achieved and facing problems by the eco-environment construction of China’swestern region at this stage. Finally, this paper studies and analyzes the performance ofthe eco-environment construction of China’s western region through constructing thethree-level evaluation index system of the eco-environment construction performanceevaluation, and then it analyzes the conclusions,and draws the response’s policies andmeasures.This paper’s research object is the eco-environment construction of China’swestern region, it starts from the point of view of inclusive growth, and takes intoaccount the fairness and efficiency. It provides some suggestions and policy recommendations to the eco-economic development and eco-environment constructionof China’s western region,and it provides the basis for the Government’s publicinvestment of the eco-environment construction through the studies of the performanceof the eco-environment construction of China’s western region. It builds a goodecological environment, promotes the smooth progress of the country’s westerndevelopment and promotes coordinated and healthy development of China’s westernregion.
