The Environmental Impact Assessment’s Research Based On GIS Method To Yan Chang Petroleum Equipment Manufacturing Project

The construction project of environmental assessment which is one of the important evaluation content. The traditional construction project of environmental assessment mainly focused on the project level, but can’t fully consider mang construction projects and the ccumulation of the indirect synergistic action. And also lack of strategic vision. So it is difficult fundamentally to assess the environmental impact. As the GIS technologies emerges and apply, it takes a good way to support it for the information and modernization.The YanChang petroleum equipment manufacturing project which is to meet the Shaanxi oil field production machinery and other industrial modernization production needs, which project can ensure the enterprise’s rapidly growing. It is one of the important projects in the Yanan’s economic. The project which is not only the act to the implementation and local economy, but also from practice to fully implement the scientific outlook. Though GIS evaluation method and the project integration, that could enrich the company of our country oil equipment manufacturing project environmental theories and methods, and also puts forward a new way to the project.This article mainly includes six chapter contents. The first chapter presents the writing background, significance and so on. The second chapter systematic introduces the construction project of environmental assessment’s dynamic development and practical experience about our country. Next introduces the method of GIS’s content, research progress and technology way. The fourth and fifth chapters expresses the YanChang petroleum equipment manufacturing environment condition, quality status and standards, then analyzing the risk. Finally draw the Suggestions.Through the argument analyzing, this article put forwards a new model of the YanChang petroleum equipment manufacturing environment evaluation. This method mainly to combine the geographic information system and model base, then give the conclusion that this project is feasibility. But, this project still should attention four aspects, for example the waste gas, waste water, noise, solid waste. And from four aspects to reduced the minimum pollution.
