Studies Of Problems And Countermeasures Of Ecological Environmental Governance In The Process Of Urbanization

With the goal of comprehensive urbanization, urbanization abandon the blindpursuit of urban scale expansion, the expansion of population and space, choose thescientific, intensive and high-efficiency path of development. In the urban and ruralconstruction wave, the environmental concept has been threw away; there were alsomany phenomenon that people pursue high speed construction at the price of sacrificethe environment exist in our country. Environmental problem has become the mainfactors which limit the urban society comprehensive progress. There were manydeficiencies on China’s ecological environmental governance, the author analysisproblems that exist in the current environmental governance in China, below are themainly issues: both government and the public are lack of awareness of environmentalprotection, Management and law enforcement are poorly managed, lack of money onecological environmental protection, the ecological environment way is single andother aspects. And the causes of these problems in the current environmentgovernance are as follow: the government environmental management system isimperfect, lack of prospective development of environmental laws and regulations,un-development of environmental education, ecological environment management isin the single way, lack of investment of ecological environment management.In order to improve our management of ecological environment construction, wecan proceed from the following aspects: one is to give full play to the governments’leadership: first, to popularize environmental protection education; second, toimprove the management level of urban ecological environment; third, to strengthenthe law construction; fourth is increasing the investment in environmental protectionindustry; fifth is to organize a structure optimal regulators. The other is to establishthe mechanism of public participation: firstly, to strengthen the corporateenvironmental responsibility construction; secondly, social organizations should playan assisting role of helping government; the third is to fully mobilize the enthusiasmfor public participation. The ecological environment of good governance is related tothe premise of human survival and development, which require effort of government,enterprise cooperation, social organizations and citizens, to make a big progress onenvironment enterprise and social economy.
