The Application Of Cleaner Production In Phenol Acetone Production

Petroleum and petrochemical is our country’s pillar industries which providechemical products and fuels for economic development and people life, but in theproduction process, it consumes a lot of resources and energy, and the productionprocess produces large quantities of pollutants, if not management properly, will bepolluted natural environment and bring great harm to human health.After years of development, petrochemical industry invested heavily in pollutioncontrol and achieved some progresses, but the traditional pollution control methodsfocus on the end of the emission of pollutants, the end of the existing controltechnology for oil chemical industry generated some of the high concentration ofbiodegradable waste water that can not be carried out at a lower cost effectivetreatment, with the continuous improvement of national environmental standards andthe public, the media, the industry continued interest in environmental issues, thesimple end of the treatment of pollutants method can not completely solve thepetrochemical industry, the existing environmental issue that needs to use a relativelysmall investment, the source of the higher environmental performance managementmethods, and implementation of cleaner production in the device can be an effectivesolution to this problem. Cleaner production is a whole continued to be applied toprevent the environmental strategy project design, production processes, products andservices to increase eco-efficiency and reduce human and environmental risks.Therefore, in the petrochemical industry, cleaner production can effectively conserveresources and energy, reduce pollutant emissions and increase economic efficiency.In this paper, phenol acetone plant of Jilin Petrochemical Company, for example,through the collection, analysis, information on such devices at home and abroad, andto carry out cleaner production in the device to find the best pollution control methods,and have some research to determine the phenol/acetone plant cleaner productionstandards some indicators to provide technical support and guidance for cleanerproduction of similar domestic devices.
