Coal mine accidents frequently happen in China, because the accident relief measuresand facilities are not perfect, often cause heavy casualties. Therefore, in order to avoidaccidents, the National Production Administration proposed the establishment of the minedisaster "six evacuation system", mine rescue is one of them. However, the air-conditioningsystem of mine rescue capsule is not a unified scheme. This paper based on the8mine fixedlifesaving cabin to do the following work on the air-conditioning system and acquire theconclusions as follow.First of all,the calculation of load inside the capsule is analyzed, and puts forward thefeasible calculation method.The96h lifesaving cabin heat is7.1×105KJ, moisture content is96.128kg, the oxygen releases of1234.3mol, and releases of CO2is1028.57mol;Secondly, from the point of ensuring the cabin air quality, methods on dealing with theCO2, CO of the cabin and oxygen supply mode are researched. Research shows that: from theeconomic and the occupation volume inside the capsule to consider, chooses Na2O2absorption treatment of CO2is more reasonable;the method of dealing with CO by activecarbon combined with dilution; oxygen supply mode preferred compressed air pipe, if the airpressure pipeline is failure, using method of chemical oxygen supply and oxygen storagecombined air setting; transition cabin scene to ensure that the cabin pressure.Third, this paper puts forward6kinds of air conditioning system for the rescue capsule,including explosion proof air conditioning system (I), CO2air conditioning system (II), NH3system (III), solid adsorption system (IV), ice storage system (V) and vortex tube coolingsystem (VI).Fourth, from security, economy, occupied volume inside the capsule,reliable operationof the system, and other aspects of the project are considered. That alone using vortex tuberefrigeration technology demand quantity of compressed air is too large, not suitable forlifesaving cabin as separate refrigeration technology; from the point of security analysis, CO2 and NH3system should pay attention to leaking, when the use of these two schemes need toconsider the possible impacts; solid adsorption and thermal storage air-conditioningtechnology is good solution, through the analysis of present value of costs on the removal ofVI of the air conditioning system, obtains the PCI=59193.6yuan, PCII=74289.8yuan,PCIII=19667.9yuan, PCIV=47606.98yuan,PCV=76719.97yuan, can be seen the lowest PCIfollowed by PCIV. Analysis of possession security, from inside the capsule effective volumeand value considering the costs, the best solution is the solid adsorption refrigeration system.
