With the increasingly strict standard of dust emission, bag filters are widely used in modern engineering fields. The task of bag filter includes two main steps:filtration and dust-cleaning, and a complete dust-removal process is made by continuously alternating these two steps within pre-setting working cycle. The dust-cleaning effect is closely linked the injection performance. For a long time, people can only judge the injection performance from the experience observation,which makes the design, selection and application process of bag filters influenced by complicated factors and operating with high blindness.Based on the integration of modern test technology and numerical simulation technology, a new simulation test method based on virtual prototype was explored in this thesis, which is also combined with injection performance test requirements of bag filters. The applications of this research are within the development of injection mechanism, improvement of equipment work efficiency and innovation of product design of the large pulse type bag filters.The research contribution can be summarized as follows:(1)The commonly used injecting performance test methods of bag filter are analyzed firstly. The research also discusses product’s testing method and simulation technology based on the modern measurement technology. Then,a new digital injection performance test method is proposed for bag filter product design prototype model.(2)The injection simulation test system of bag filter is designed, and the product design model is reasonably simplified. Also,the injection process simulation model of parameters was constructed based on the numerical simulation technology.(3)By integrating advanced virtual prototype technology, computer simulation technology and modern detecting technology, this research establishes the simulation test system for testing the injection performance of bag filter, and completes the design of bag filter injection performance prototype model and simulation experimental model based on product R&D platform ANSYS Workbench. Also,the universal test platform is constructed based on the test instrument configuration tool software LabVIEW, and the numerical experiment, data acquisition, processing, analyzing and optimizing for injection performance of bag filter prototype are realized in the research.(4)Based on the practical product design requirements, the injection performance test for serial bag filter products is realized. Moreover,by using orthogonal optimization method, the optimal injection conditions are determined through the sensitivity analysis of influence factors on injection flow uniformity.In the view of the practical applications of injection performance test for bag filter product virtual prototype, the feasibility and validity of the research method are confirmed.
