Therefore, toget rid of the adversely ingredients from natural medicine has a very important significance todrug treatment of human disease.Preliminary studies show that the extracts from Vaccaria which showed the inhibition ofneo-vascularization contain ingredients substance of angiogenesis. Firstly, thin layerchromatography separation techniques were used to separate the extracts of Vaccaria. By thephysical and chemical properties and cell activity detection, we can determine that Vaccariaflavonoid glycosides promote endothelial cells generated while the total saponins of Vaccariawere the inhibit angiogenesis compound. And a method of determination the total saponinsfrom Vaccaria was established. There are three kinds of method were showed in this paper to give an extraction of totalsaponins from Vaccaria. Ultrasonic extraction, ethanol reflux extraction and the boiled alcoholprecipitation extraction method. Take the dry powder yield and total saponins content ascomprehensive evaluation, ethanol reflux extraction was choose as the better method toextract the total saponins from Vaccaria.Macro porous resin was used to separate the two types of components which have theopposite effect to neo-vascularization, and HPD-100macro porous resin was chosen as agood method to separate the total saponins from flavones glycoside in Vaccaria extracts. Thetotal saponins content increased12.91%to45.28%by the method.Due to the orally active and the chemical properties of total saponins of the macroporous resin isolated compound, we take the total saponins compound into capsule contents, which can provide the experimental basis for future preparation process. | Keywords/Search Tags: | Vaccaria segetalis, Isolation and purification, endothelial cell, thin layerchromatography, macro porous resin | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
