The Household’s Economic Behavior Of Disaster Prevention And Mitigation And Its Influencing Factors

Poor areas of the Southwest is a high degree of overlap areas of natural disasters and poverty outbreak in china, Frequent natural disasters is an important predisposing factor for poverty. Therefore, the study of the problem of poverty can not be separated from the study of natural disasters. However, the literature found by reviewing, combined study was small between poverty and natural disasters, and even depart from the microscopic point of view in academia. Based on this, we have chosen the research content that farmers in disaster prevention and mitigation of economic behavior and its influencing factors.from the perspective of poverty reduction, farmers object to expand the study farmers cope with a series of problems and prevention of natural disasters, to the adoption of this study, allow farmers to more effective implementation of disaster prevention and mitigation behavior, and achieve the purpose of the anti-poverty out of poverty ultimately.This article is based on farmers behavior theory, the theory of economic behavior, theory of rational smallholder and disaster risk management, wo use quantitative and qualitative research methods and combine theoretical and empirical research to study.From the formation mechanism of disaster prevention and mitigation of economic behavior of farmers, farmers Disaster Prevention and Mitigation content of economic behavior, farmers disaster prevention and mitigation of economic behavior influencing factors relevant aspects of the study. As follows:(1)The survey found that economic behavior of farmers in poverty-stricken areas of the Southwest National about Disaster Prevention and Mitigation included engineering and non-engineering economic behavior of disaster prevention and mitigation. The empirical study is further drawn, constitute a household disaster prevention and mitigation the economic behavior of the various parts of the formation mechanism of the impact of the economic behavior of farmers Disaster Prevention and Mitigation.(3) Basis of theoretical analysis and further analyze about the impact on the economic behavior of farmers in disaster prevention and mitigation factors using logistic model from an empirical point of view,Analyzes natural conditions, economic conditions, social resources, and cultural conditions of the farmers are the main factors affecting the implementation of the farmers in disaster prevention and mitigation of economic behavior.
