Abstract/Summary:
Petroleum proppant is a ceramic particle product with high fracturing intensity,it is mainlyused for oil underground support, in order to increase the production of oil and gas, it is anenvironmentally friendly product. In recent years,bcause of the increases domestic demand ofoil, the oil industry is also rapidly developing, This Correspondingly, petroleum proppantindustry must be synchronized development. However, because of the restrictions of the levelof automation, the quantity and quality of oil proppant always in a low-level, low-quality statefor a long time. So it is significant to develop a set of Petroleum proppant practical productionprocess control program.This paper presented an overview of the oil fracturing proppant Production, a detailedanalysis of the production process characteristics of the the batching station granulation station,designed a distributed control system for batching station and granulation station to meet theproduction line of site conditions and related requirements of Xiaoyi City, Shanxi Province,Tian Zhang Aluminum Petroleum proppant,it is separately from the hardware, software,communications aspect of this distribution systems to achieve a reasonable solution. Siteinstallation and commissioning, and put into operation. The system not only can be achieved inthe control room control,but also on-site touch screen control, and it is can switching controlbetween the control room and on-site, the entire system manual, semi-automatic and fullyautomatic control of a number of functions.On the hardware side we select PM-573PLC which producted by ABB as the maincontroller.In the control room we select industrial grade Dell PC machine as the operatorstation. The touch screen in the industrial site we select WEINVIEW MT6000series touch screen.The software of Engineering station is PS501AC500CoDeSys. And the software of Operatorstations is iFIX, they all running on the Windows XP operating system. The system uses theOPC SERVER software communication interface with the factory management schedulingsystems (MIS) and analysis of terminal. Communications Industrial Ethernet (follow the TCP/IP protocol) redundant ring bus network communications. According to the production process requirements,we use different control strategies ofoil proppant ingredients and granulation part, the equipment must be the start and stop in order,so we completed the order of start and stop of each device control by chain interlock control.Batching station and granulation station positions precision is the key and difficult cutting partof the batching station. we use a reduction control decreases in silos within the real-timefeedback once you start cutting back the material level prevail. Granulation station part siloneeds to meet a certain percentage, the number of batch cutting, ratio control ideological controlgood powder material level positions, the proportion of primer positions and sump then goteffectively controlled. According to the situation, the staff on the production line have to makecontrol decisions for the scene quickly in sometimes, so we add the site touch-screen controlswhich connected to the controller by485communication, and the touch screen display is verysimple so it is easy to be operated by on-site staff.
