This paper establish coal loading productivity mathematical model throughanalysis of coal which moves on helical vane. Gets shearer’s design parameters and themovement parameters of the optimal value through using MATLAB GUI simulate theparameters of the coal productivity. According to the advantages and disadvantages ofparticle swarm optimization algorithm and ant colony algorithm optimization, this paperwill put forward particle swarm optimization algorithm and ant colony algorithm hybridoptimization (PSO-GACA algorithm). Making full use of PSO’ s rapid and globalconvergence and ant colony algorithm pheromone’s positive feedback mechanism,achieving complementary advantages, and use the optimization algorithm to solve theproblem of continuous space. By taking the edge diameter of the blade, spiral risingangles, drum rotating speeds and dragging velocity as design variables, choosing thelargest coal loading productivity and coal price highest as optimal objective, optimizethe parameters of shearer base on PSO-GACA algorithm. Then research on rocker armwhich affects coal loading productivity. Through structure analysis and mechanicsanalysis, it is concluded that objective function which in favour of coal loading, namelyto least side area as the objective function. To least side area as the objective function,optimizing the parameters of direct rocker arm and curving rocker arm base onPSO-GACA algorithm, make rocker arm structure parameter design approach in the ideavalue. |
