In recent years, with the development of manufacturing technology, micro gear manufacturing technology has a long-term development, and the requirement for measuring micro gear accurately and efficiently is growing day by day. At present, in developed countries, micro gear measurement technology is relatively mature, a part of the micro gear measuring equipment has been in volume production. And domestic micro gear measurement technology is still far behind developed countries.By researching current micro gear measuring method, considering the advantages and disadvantages of each method and the requirement of this technology, determine to adopt the contact type analysis measuring program and the polar law measuring method. Design the ensemble structure for the system, while the gauge head is placed in horizontal direction. In order to reduce the influence of the axis movement, the rotation axis is placed together with z-axis while R-axis is placed separately.Mainly design the mechanical structure of gauge head(measure device and measuring force device).Design a suspension type.Design the structure of the measuring force control system, the use of magnets and measure the force control servo drive system. Design a gauge head electric circuit based on the center of AD698type chip and C8051F060type micro processor, mainly including signal adjusting circuit, A/D transforming circuit, bus interface circuit and measuring force control circuit. Sensor signal adjustment circuit is applied to adjust filter and amplify signal; A/D transforming circuit is applied to transform the measuring signal from analog to digital; micro controller is applied to collect the information after A/D transforming; controlling circuit is applied to control the motor from driving a screw in order to control the measuring force. The gauge head circuit designed can raise the flexibility and extendibility of the gauge head while control the value of measuring force. At last make a tracing to force research for measuring system.
