With the people’s attention and pursuit of clothing accessories, knitted hat knitted apparelaccessories as an important branch of the requirements in terms of wear from a single functionalwarm gradually to the appearance, health, comfort, safety and other features transformation.Knitted hat craft from view, can be divided into two kinds of conventional caps and hatsstereotypes. Conventional cap process is simple, efficient, extensible, flexible, comfortable andsoft features, but keeps poor styling lines can not be sustained, and eas y to hook wire.Stereotypes knitted hat craft beautiful, durable, with good shape retention, lasting styling linesand other features, but comfort, softness decline, and they are all on the plastic molded product islikely to cause uneven, affecting product quality. The purpose of the research is the use of newmaterials and modern weaving new technologies, explore a has some stiff resistance but also tomaintain the comfort of knitted hat knitted products production methods.This issue through a new low-melting polyester filament fiber and regular use of knittingwool yarn discussed knit cap without affecting the heat comfort conditions, so there is a certainconformal optimum performance problems. In this paper, three areas to study this problem.(1) Knitted hat traditional stereotypes Process. This study is mainly through the coating syrupproduction, fabric coating technology and coated fabric performance testing several aspects,systematic and comprehensive study of the traditional setting process, as ne w technologycontrols.(2) New low-melting polyester filament fiber of the performance of. This study is the experiment,the low melting point polyester filament of the transverse section of the structure, properties andmelt tensile strength, knitted fabric for the next test preparation.(3) Different factors on the low melting point polyester/cotton jersey knit weft PreservingProperties. This study is mainly through experiments to test different factors (heat settingtemperature, heat setting time, the value of knitting machine NP, yarn linear density) of the threeknitted plain knitted fabric (do not add a low melting point polyester yarn plain knitted material, twine plain knitted fabric, weft yarn jersey Tim) of decoherence, hook wire, wrinkle recoveryangle, impact bending stiffness, and then analyze the measured results, and then analyzed byorthogonal experiments and were very poor Characterization of various shape retentiondetermine the optimum performance. Experiments show that: taking comfort and optimumshape retention same, and in the interests taking knitting index standards.(5) The optimum performance of fabric coated fabric wearability and comparative study. Thisstudy is mainly through experiments to test different setting process after finishing off the fabricdecoherence, hook wire, wrinkle recovery angle, bending stiffness, air permeability and tensilestrength at break, and then analyze the test results, obtained the pros and cons of each settingprocess.In this paper, the above four areas to study new low-melting polyester fiber knitted hat conformalproperties, heat comfort, and to explore both a comfort and shape retention taking knit capproduction of new technology.
