| Bamboo fiber is a kind of natural fiber and it has many advantages, for example, anti-bacterial, high strength, comfortable wearing and unique surface luster, etc..The topic studied the tickle eliminating processing, chemical processing properties of bamboo fabrics. and the rapid identification methods between bamboo and ramie fiber.(1) The saturated solution of iodine --- potassium iodide was studied to be applied to dye the bamboo and ramie fibers for meeting the business requirement of rapid identification requirement.(2) The effects of tickle elimination of bamboo fabric was studied by dealing the bamboo fabric with acid eliminating crystallization, alkali swelling modification, enzyme and softener processing separately. The elimination of the tickle of the bamboo fabrics and the improvement of the wearing performance of the bamboo fabric were also made.(3) The dyeing properties of bamboo fabric by reactive dyestuff, the modification of bamboo fabrics with cationic and its dyeing process were all studied. The optimum condition of cationic modification was got, and the dyeing properties of cationic bamboo fabrics was improved and their the dry and wet rubbing fastness were better than before .(4) The dyeing process of bamboo fabric by reactive dyeing without salt and the treatment of combination of dyeing and biological polishing in one bath were studied, the color yield of dyed bamboo fabrics and the fixing rate of dyestuff on bamboo fabrics were increased after Salt-free dyeing process, and the wet rubbing fastness of dyed fabrics can be improved to Grade four.(5)Dyestuff concentration, biological enzyme dosage and Sodium Sulfate concentration in the treatment of combination of dyeing and biological polishing in one bath were identified on the effect of tickle eliminating and color yield of bamboo fabrics. The research make up for the shortcomings of chemical process properties of bamboo fabrics, and its results supplied the guild for industrial application... |
