Colleges and universities in the construction of lab, first of all should be combined with the schools own professional training objectives, to determine the laboratory course, then go to the targeted related to the purchase of equipment.Therefore, in the construction of university laboratories before doing serious, meticulous feasibility research is particularly important.This paper through in-depth investigation and study of H University, construction of modern logistics laboratory background and necessity undertook comprehensive analysis.At the same time, according to the project risk management theory of SWOT analytical method on H University modern logistics laboratory project advantages and disadvantages, opportunities, threats to do a comprehensive analysis, and then puts forward the laboratory construction overall plan.The article on the H University modern logistics laboratory construction project in technology, economic aspects of doing serious feasibility study for the project, and the social benefit undertook elaborating.Presents laboratory potential risks, including the risk financing risk, procurement, cooperation between schools and enterprises to build modern logistics laboratory risk.Then introduces the laboratory results expected.Finally get the conclusion that the project is feasible.At present, the project feasibility study on the application of laboratory construction in Colleges and universities is not much, do not form the system paradigm, this paper presents innovative based on H University modern logistics laboratory project to carry out a comprehensive scientific and systematic analysis, the project feasibility study provides reference model.
