| In recent years,China’s economic level has increased significantly,the economic system reform is also deepening,the development of various industries are very rapid.The logistics industry as a fast-growing industry in its development at the same time also led to the development of highway,railway,aviation,pipeline and other transport industry and progress,in which the railway transport and road transport between the increasingly fierce competition.For the time being,rail transport is growing,but the share of freight is declining.Railway transport often has no advantage in short-distance transportation,and with the development of economy,the competition between railway transportation and other modes of transportation in long-distance transportation is becoming more and more fierce.In addition to the past,rail transport to transport coal-based,but due to the continuous reduction of coal resources,energy structure adjustment and the completion of the use of pithead power station,coal transport volume decreased gradually,so the railway transport gradually do not have advantages,rail freight hub The loss of the original function,but also a decline in efficiency,inefficient transport,facilities and equipment idle and other issues,it is difficult to meet the development needs of the logistics industry.On the contrary,there is a great development of road transport,the state has invested a lot of energy in highway construction,making our country’s road network continuously intensive and perfect,road transport also will develop rapidly.In this trend,the re-positioning of the railway transport market is very important,not only to its structural adjustment,change the business strategy,but also to move closer to the modern logistics industry,providing storage,processing,packaging,Transportation,information processing,circulation,distribution,and other services to promote the long-term development of railway transport.Under such background,this article analyzes and explores whether the reconstruction project of Yan’an north station of Baoxi line is feasible.The first step is to understand the overall situation of Yan’an North Station,and draw the necessity of the project.Then,the paper analyzes the economic and transportation indexes,puts forward the construction plan,and then analyzes the transportation organization,the design principles and the main engineering contents,the environmental protection and the soil and water conservation,the construction period and the investment estimate of each technical equipment.Through the transformation of Yan’an north station freight yard,can give full play to the freight station as a logistics hub and hub functions.The research content and research method of this paper provide some reference value and method support for the railway freight yard renovation project,under the trend that the railway transportation adapts to the development of modern logistics and the modern logistics. |
