| With the rapid developing of road transportation which formed with urban roads andhighways, highway built in the1990s has been into a period of repair or overhaul, the futureroad construction material resources is facing shortages situation, the research and extensionof the Hot Mix Plant Recycling technology embodies the road "green transportation, resourceconservation, economic circulation" construction concept, it is helpful to the development ofhighway maintenance. Therefore, this article takes the Hot Mix Plant Recycling technology asthe main research content.First of all, research and analysis the hot recycled asphalt mixture’s home and abroadresearch background and present condition; Then by introducing and making analysis to theasphalt four components, studies the influence about the each component content to theinternal structure properties of asphalt and the essence of asphalt aging.Proceed from asphaltexistence form theory analyzing the asphalt regeneration mechanism, determined the technicalways and methods of the asphalt regeneration; Specific to the domestic commonly usedmethod for recycling asphalt with Rotary Evaporator, analysis and optimize old asphalt’sseparation method, and confirmed the effects of recycling process to asphalt cement’s testindex. Research on the impacts of the proportion of old asphalt on the performance ofregenerated asphalt, suggest the old asphalt blending ratio no more than30%; determine thespecies selection、proportion and addition technique of the reclaiming agent; Proceed therecycled asphalt mixture’s Mix design and Road use performance verification in the case ofadd and not add reclaiming agent to research on the performance of recycled asphalt mixture;Research and analysis the technology key point in the Hot Mix Plant Recycling and proposesome improving methods aimed at the imperfection of the batch asphalt mix plant. |
