Design And Application Of Agile Manufacturing System In Liugong Forklift

This dissertation is based on the author’s practice experience in Guangxi LiuGong Machinery Co., Ltd.(hereinafter brief in LiuGong). The business needs analysis, key technology research and application about forklift manufacturing production mode are mainly discussed, especially rapid response to customers’demand for product design and production management requirements are focused on; top design of agile manufacturing system for forklift enterprise is implemented, which is combined with product and management informationization software development, a forward-looking technology proposal is put forward.LiuGong Forklift factory is a new enterprise, difference between informationization work foundation and project overall target of LiuGong Forklift factory is discussed, the feasibility and practicality of the implemented project are considered. When the overall technical program is designed, the basic works are stressed on, such as:product modular design and management standard. Combined with application of PLM, CAPP, ERP, MES and other software, as well as the project achievement application for the specific objectives, business problems are solved, so as the practical application effect is achieved.Many software systems are involves in the research, it needs to analyze from the whole enterprise’s view, business process is analyzed and optimized, to form integrated information management environment application, including application of technology informationization and management informationization. Therefore, it needs to focus on close integration between different system, sub-step strategy is adopted. By dividing reasonable implementation stage, enterprise basic work, key technology R&D work and system implementation are combined. According to the features of information flow of forklift factory, system integration interface and information flows planning and realization are realized, the effect of the system application is improved.The advantages and disadvantages in the establishment and implementation of agile manufacturing system in LiuGong Forklift factory is summarized, information flow integration and business optimization technology of forklift factory are discussed. By using informationization, enterprises management efficiency is enhanced, and business strategy of core competitiveness is established. It is important to guide LiuGong Forklift and enterprises of the same industry during implementation of agile manufacturing in the future.
