Research On Mode Of Wheel's Cross-locality Agile Development

With globalization of economy, market competition is increasingly fierce, manufacturing environment is changing rapidly, and product is transitorily alternation, manufacturing is in the face of full-recent challenge. With the development and promotion of information technology, it has become common sense that agile manufacturing is the 21St Century Manufacturing Enterprise Strategy, the research and development on enabling technology of agile manufacturing is the emphasis. In the field of agile manufacturing and CIMS technology study, the research on mode of agile production development has been highly regarded for, its research on mode of cross-locality agile development looks more imminent. The paper, firstly, looks back to the development of manufacturing抯 production mode and the course of enterprise抯 information, introduces the mind of agile manufacturing and the present status of its research. Based on the characteristic of global manufacturing, discusses the necessity of cross-locality agile production development. The paper brings forward the concept of agile design, expatiates the system info of agile design; presents the mode of cross-locality agile design, the method of realization, and requests on system抯 function and capability. Holding wheel as research object, aiming at wheel product development, based on the analysis of information alternant process in wheel抯 development, the paper designs a network software for wheel抯 cross-locality agile development system, introduces the systematic key technology of software development, this software is used in a engineering design system in the demonstration project of national 863/CIMS. Aiming at wheel product development, the paper systematically studies design minds, achievement methods, key technologies and application software, which brings practical value and reference value to product development of wheel manufacturing, enterprise information construction, and especially product development mode抯 revolutions of parts and components manufacturing.
